I want to do it again! The Pollenca to Soller day would be the most lasting memory. Pollenca is beautiful and the amount of cyclists blew me away. The roadside espresso at the top of Sa Calobra was exactly what I had dreamed of. The climb back up was a beast but I felt such great energy from all the riders. Then the descent into Soller was stunning. Arriving at the Port after such a great day gave me an amazing feeling of accomplishment. And its gorgeous.
