This morning, your Bike Spain guide will meet you in Granada and whisk you westward by van to begin your first ride. The warm-up route offers a gentle yet invigorating introduction to the quintessential Andalusian countryside. Rolling hills dotted with vast olive groves, citrus orchards, and vibrant fruit trees unfold along the way, while the occasional climb adds a satisfying challenge for the legs. The ride is a feast for the senses, with the scents of blossoming groves and the golden light of the Andalusian sun creating a magical backdrop.

Tonight, you will be pampered at the luxurious 5-star La Bobadilla resort. Set amidst pristine gardens and olive groves, the hotel exudes classic Andalusian charm. We will dine in the hotel’s enchanting patio restaurant, savoring a gourmet meal that celebrates the region’s finest local ingredients and flavors—a perfect introduction to the culinary delights awaiting you on this unforgettable journey.

Rolling hills, sun-kissed olive groves, and idyllic landscapes create a ride that is as breathtaking as it is invigorating. The route can be tailored for those who prefer a shorter ride, with plenty of opportunities to pause for a leisurely lunch at charming local eateries serving authentic, regional cuisine.

This afternoon, you can enjoy a rejuvenating spa experience at the hotel, immersing in tranquility and luxury. Later, enjoy an exquisite dinner on the hotel’s refined outdoor terrace (weather permitting), where Andalusia’s finest traditional dishes are elevated with gourmet touches—each bite a celebration of the region’s culinary artistry and timeless elegance.

From here, we cycle southwest, soaking in breathtaking vistas of the Sierra de las Nieves, a mountain range named for its snow-capped peaks in winter, offering a stunning backdrop for our journey.

Our destination is the enchanting town of Ronda, first settled by the Celts in the 6th century and famed for its rich bullfighting heritage. Your hotel for the next two nights boasts some of the most spectacular views of Ronda’s iconic gorge, while the lively town center invites exploration and a leisurely tapas tour, perfect for savoring the region’s culinary delights.

Along the way, we pass through the picturesque whitewashed villages of Caucin and Casares, each perched atop hills that overlook the dramatic Andalusian landscapes below.

Our final stretch leads us downhill into the exquisite grounds of Finca Cortesin, a sanctuary of luxury and elegance. Here, we will celebrate the culmination of our journey with a sumptuous gourmet dinner, savored in the serene and refined setting of the hotel’s grounds—a fitting finale to an unforgettable Andalusian adventure.

Direct flights to Madrid are available from a number of destinations in the USA, and direct flights to Malaga are available from Newark (EWR) and Montreal (YUL), as well as from many destinations within Europe.

From Madrid and Malaga, you can travel by high-speed train to Granada, where the tour starts. The journey takes approximately 2 hours, and direct connections are available throughout the day.
