GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS: CANCELLATIONS

To confirm and guarantee your reservation we require a down payment of 500 EUR. This amount is non refundable. Final payment is due 70 days before the starting date of your trip.

If for any reason you wish to cancel the trip, we will reimburse you for the amount minus the the deposit (€ 500). Also a penalty will apply, depending on the date we receive notification of the cancelation:

– Between 70 and 31 days before departure: 50% of the total trip;
– Between 30 and 7 days before departure: 70% of the total trip;
– Between 6 and 2 days before departure: 90% of the total trip;
– 24 hours before departure and no show: 100% of the total trip.
