Very authentic! I had a great time meeting a few of the locals, visiting a nearby bakery, and enjoying tapas with my guides. Hated for it to end! The bike was in great condition and I had no troubles the entire trip. An absolute 10. Everything from the scenic routes taken to the explanation of the culture/history of the area was well worth every euro spent.
