He was born in Madrid but has lived in England, Costa Rica and Chile. He studied photography and physiotherapy. He soon started working as a guide, first as an excuse to do the things he likes most: traveling and practicing outdoor activities around the world, as a whitewater kayak instructor, mountain guide and PADI divemaster.
